Extra-curricular Activities Are Important For Students.
First year students indicated interest in a range of co-curricular activities, for personal as well as academic reasons. Further work is needed to ensure that all students understand the relevance.What is my role in the society? In the society, we have various roles and they are all important in our daily lives. Even though I am only a teenager, I also have many roles, such as a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a student and a Catholic.As a student of Introduction to an Honors University (IHU), I plan to attend two co-curricular activities and one extracurricular activity, and my choices are the Chemistry Council of Majors, the Biology Council of Majors, and Global Brigades. Making connections not only lays the foundation for academic and career successes, but also facilitate.
We conducted telephone surveys with 6,522 U.S. students (ages 10-14) in 2003. We asked participants if they had ever tried smoking or drinking and about their participation in extracurricular activities. We used sample weighting to produce response estimates that were representative of the population of adolescents aged 10-14 years at the time.My desire to learn was driven by my curiosity. Participation in science quizzes and co-curricular activities helped me develop logical reasoning. Solving newspaper puzzles and watching detective shows are my favorite past time activities. Doing a deductive reasoning before arriving at a conclusion was something which I put to practice.
Extracurricular activities help students gain experience in a variety of areas that will enhance their future. Through participation in sports, students learn cooperation, teamwork and time management. By serving as an officer in an organization, students learn responsibility, problem solving and communication.
